Your personal journey toward Structured Eating®

Program nutritionists have created menus to guide you in choosing foods that are low in calories, fat, sodium, and cholesterol, yet are filling and delicious. The Structure House program encourages a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean cuts of meat. We have created two different menus based on calorie level, which you can adapt to fit your individual needs. There are over 90 recipes from our Structure House cookbook available at your fingertips to create the delicious, nutritious entrees and side dishes on the menus. You have also been provided with a complimentary CalorieKingTM software program which allows you to plan and nutritionally analyze your own menus.

Structure House offers a medically sound approach to healthy eating supported by the American Heart Association, the American Diabetes Association, the American Dietetic Association, and other recognized health organizations. The program is designed so that you can still eat out in restaurants, plan for those busy days at the office or at home, develop a healthy Relationship with FoodSM, and expand your food knowledge on your personal journey toward nutritious, Structured Eating®.

One aspect of the nutrition program that is different from others you may have tried is that there are no snacks in our program. This is because nutritious food that is consumed three times per day in appropriate portions is called Structured Eating®, and the program is designed to meet all of your caloric needs in these three meals. In our 30 years of experience, we have taught our participants to plan their food in advance for breakfast, lunch, and dinner only. If you’re used to snacking throughout the day, you may be surprised by just how filling our three meals can be. You will learn more about the Structured Eating® philosophy and how it will change your relationship with food as you go through the daily modules.
